According to a recent report from TMZ, Atlanta trio Migos are going to court for their acclaimed single “Walk It Talk It.” The hit track, which also features Drake, is said to have been ripped off from a track that was released over 10 years ago. Leander Pickett – who goes by the name of M.O.S- claims that he recorded a song titled “Walk It Like I Talk It” back in 2007 and copyrighted the track in 2018. The track also appeared on his DJ Folk-hosted mixtape It’s Like a Movie.
But after hearing about Migos back in January and the trio’s Culture II album, he is ready to take action. He is officially filing a lawsuit against Migos and Capitol Records for the accusation of using his track without permission. Hence, he wants Quavo, Offset and Takeoff, to turn over all the profit from the track.
