After All The Bullshit, Jussie Smollett’s 16 Charges Dropped!

And the verdict…Jussie Smollett will not be prosecuted for allegedly faking a racial attack because all of his charges have been dropped!

Early this morning, Jussie and his lawyers appeared in court in Chicago where the Empire star was facing 16 felony counts of lying to police in the alleged racial and homophobic attack. However, according to TMZ, Jussie will surrender his $10,000 bond and that’s it. The fucking case is over and he is not guilty.

And the reasoning? Well, State Attorney Kim Foxx told Chicago police that even if Jussie was convicted, he would only receive community service which he has already performed, so it’s pointless. However, there is no record of him performing community service, unless it was behind closed doors. But, I digress.

Since Chicago police are apparently “furious” about the ordeal and believe that Kim Foxx is up to something.

In a statement, Smollett’s lawyers explained:

Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him. Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29th. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public, causing an inappropriate rush to judgment.

But, what do you all believe? Should more information be released to the public regarding the charges? Please comment below and for more breaking news and celebrity gossip, keep it locked to!

    1. I wonder how poor blacks spending time in jail for selling a few buds feel? Meanwhile, this sociopath buys his way outta even a trial. Dumb move by Chicago. You just pissed off a lot of poor people who are sick of unequal justice. The only way to make this right is file again. Federal mail crime. And bring this criminal to court.
