    City Hall’s Dilworth Park is offering free ice-skating for the month of February, with food and drink specials on Valentines in the Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin. Alternatively, Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest is open all season and for $25 on Valentine’s Day, offering a package deal including skates, one rose, one box of chocolates, and one keepsake photo.
