FLY EAGLES FLY!!!
It’s official everyone the Philadelphia Eagles are going to the NFL Playoffs this year. After beating the New York Giants on sunday 34-17, there seems to be a glimmer of hope that they will make it to the super bowl this year.
A Rough Journey.
The Eagles had a very rough start to their season this year. Losing games to teams such as the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, and the Seattle Seahawks put them at a 4-7 record earlier this season. But the Eagles always work best when they are the underdog. They were able to turn that around and obtain a 9-7 average putting them in 1st place in their conference.
The Road Ahead
The Eagles next game is on January 5th, and they are set to go against the Seattle Seahawks. Although the Seahawks have won against them earlier this season. The Eagles are know for pulling off unexpected feats, just like when they won Super Bowl Lll against the New England Patriots. That entire season, no one expected the Eagles to make it past their conference and they ended up winning the whole thing against one of the best teams in the league. Although their team may not be as strong as it was back in 2018, The Eagles still have a fighting chance this year and that’s all it takes to win.
