From the looks of it, the singer and Joe are apparently trying to shack up together. A source close to Taylor says this is the happiest Taylor has been in a long time, which says a lot about the romance. Taylor is a serial dater, and runs through men like running water. The place that Taylor is eyeing will cost her $30 million, and it’s conveniently located in Joe’s hometown of London.
Taylor is on the hunt for a luxurious home in London with two kitchens, so she and Joe can have their private space and entertain guests. They’ve been dividing their time between London and Nashville—Joe’s hometown and Taylor’s place. Taylor sends her private jet to bring Joe to her whenever they want to be together. She owns three private jets and even has her own hangar.
A rep for Taylor says that she’s close to putting down the money for the exclusive spot in hopes that she and Joe can make it a home together.
This wouldn’t be the first time Taylor dropped some serious dough on a house just so she could be closer to her bae. Back when she was dating Conor Kennedy, she bought a neighboring beachfront mansion. Unfortunately, she and Conor split just shortly after the purchase. But no sweat, she was able to sell the house, and even get back more than what she initially spent.

Reportedly, Taylor dropped $4.9 million on the beach house and got $5.7 million back, via page Six. Talk about a lucky break!
It just all goes to show that Taylor’s willing to spend just about anything for a shot at true love.
