The new decade has ushered in inventive ways for artists to make music. Now more than ever, music has become a beacon of hope in these dark times. With many of us still self-quarantining, artists are even producing new music from the comfort of their homes. Singer SZA especially is recording tracks all while self-quarantining. The 30-year-old is making serious bedroom jams from her bed. Just after one listen of the songstress’s sultry voice and we can’t help but blush.
SZA Promotes New Music From Her Upcoming Album
Artists always try to come out with the next biggest hit. SZA especially out does herself with each new track. As of late, the Ctrl singer has experienced delays with the release of her upcoming 2020 album, but that hasn’t stopped her from promoting her new music. Back in September, the 30-year-old came out with the hit song “Hit Different” featuring rapper Ty Dollar $ign and before that, came “Good Days.” While we all love the studio produced versions, the at-home adaptation is so much better.
SZA’s Bedroom Jam Concert
Recently, the singer posted two video snippets of herself singing stripped down versions of both songs on Instagram. In the video clips, SZA is shown sitting up in her bed, with her headphones on and singing effortlessly into the microphone. If fans loved the songs “Hit Different” and “Good Days” before, they’d certainly love them more. SZA’s voice and the whole mood of the performance certainly screams “bedroom jam” vibes. “The Weekend” crooner knows how to make audience’s toes curl.
What do you think about SZA’s new music so far? Do the stripped-down versions sound better than the studio produced ones?
