Palace x Adidas Lucas Puig Shoe Collab

Palace x Adidas Celebrate 20 Years of Lucas Puig

Everyone’s favorite UK skate brand, Palace Skateboards, just did another collaboration with Adidas. The latest collab features a Palace x Adidas Lucas Puig shoe. Lucas Puig is a legendary French skater that has been in the game for two decades now. The new Palace x Adidas Lucas Puig shoe is meant to celebrate just that.

What to Expect from the New Palace x Addidas Lucas Puig Shoe

Palace is a brand that is known for being original, funny, and making fresh clothing. Combine that with that innovative technology over at Adidas and you have a great situation on your hands. The Palace x Adidas Lucas Puig shoe offers three colorways of a stylish and sleek looking shoe. The shoe was designed by the highly-talented Scott Johnston.

Along with offering some great looking shoes the brands have come together to make some hilarious branding. Palace Skateboards always offers some unique and funny advertising (ie: having an ad in Thrasher that was made out of filters). Even with such quality products, Palace knows that you shouldn’t take things too seriously. See what I mean by checking out the video advertising the shoe below.

    Final Thoughts

Palace and Adidas are both high-quality brands, so it only seems fitting that they would come together to design a shoe. It is nice to see that this shoe celebrates the long and impressive career of Lucas Puig. Even if you don’t buy a pair of these shoes I would highly suggest checking out Palace’s brand. They offer some quality clothing and an original care-free attitude.

Their skate videos are really quite entertaining to watch as well. They offer a vintage feel mixed with electronic music.

What do you guys think though?

Are you digging the latest Palace x Addidas collab? What do you think of the design for the Lucas Puig shoe? And what are some other collabs by Adidas or Palace Skateboards that you have enjoyed?
