On the count of 3, let’s all say “Damnnnnnn, Gucci Mane,” because the rapper just took a hit to his pockets for sure.
Gucci Mane is taking a hit to his pockets because the Atlanta rapper has just been ordered to break his baby momma off with some serious green and blue faces…if ya know what we mean.
Just recently the “1st Day Out Tha Feds” rapper and his baby momma, Sheena Evans, went to court regarding child support payments. Apparently, Evans was looking to increase Gucci’s previous payment of $2,076 per month to a staggering $20k per month instead.
Basically, as the The Blast puts it, Evans was jealous that Gucci’s new income didn’t match what she and their son was getting out of the deal. Evans claims that because Gucci spent $1 million on his wedding to Keyshia Ka’Oir, it shouldn’t be a problem for him to pay her more in expenses to take care of Keitheon.
And as it turns out, it wasn’t too much of a bad gamble on her part. After, what probably consisted of a lot of arguing, Evans struck a deal.
It wasn’t quite what she was hoping for, but it’s still a lot more to keep her and Keitheon living comfortably until he reaches the age of 18 years old.
Gucci will now be making monthly payments of $10,000. In addition, he’ll cover the costs for new transportation for the mother and son, as well as writing a six-figure check to cover back child support.
The courts agreed to the deal, and Sheena will remain with primary custody as Gucci is allowed visitation.
