Flash 5 Episode Armageddon Villian Revealed
Flash will undergo a strong beginning arc with a unofficial crossover event, entitled, “Armageddon.” Season 8’s premiere will air Nov. 16 at 8 p.m. ET and will begin the 5 episode arc story with an alien villian.
Cameos
The 5 episode arc will include cameos from Batwoman, The Atom, Black Lightning, Sentinel, Mia McQueen, Ryan Choi, Damien Darhk and Reverse Flash.
Batwoman’s Ryan Wilder is the New face here. The actress who portrays Ryan Wilder took on the role after Ruby Rose decided to step down as Kate Kane. Her character has been a surprising addition and has executed the role so well. It will be interesting how she will mesh with the other characters who are basically veterans and have work together before.
Armageddon Villian
The villain is a very powerful but intelligent alien. This villian has telepathic powers which originate from his home of Kalanor. He also can alter and control his body on to molecular level which now explains why they need help from the Atom. Another strength is his protective layer that can resist most attacks. It seems Team Flash has their hands full with him.
On Kalanor, the alien being rules like a tyrant. So who is this alien? His name is Despero. Despero’s first appearance was in 1960’s Justice League of America #1.Tony Curran has been cast to portray Despero in Flash’s 5 episode event.
Now, as Despero appears on Earth, his presence will immediately oppose those of Team Flash. Team Flash immediately joins forces with a little help from their friends to stop him in his dead in his tracks. Will Despero be able to conquer Earth? Or will our heroes stop him in time to save the fate of humankind?
