Netflix is in the middle of a catastrophic meltdown with viewers. With a depleted catalog, they are doing everything they can to stay afloat.
Unfortunately, that belief has officially come to an end. The streaming giant has dealt with turbulence at the beginning of 2019 thanks to competition. Large companies such as Marvel and NBC has officially pulled their content from Netflix. Overall leaving fewer viewers interested in their catalog. Just last week their stock dropped nearly 10%, causing the company to rethink strategy. Overall straight pride looks to tear down the LGBTQ+ community. Chris Evans Netflix LGBTQ+ supportive take isn’t one taken lightly.

Overall, with viewership down and challenges to grow subscribers the streaming giant will need a new strategy. Overall memberships continues to increase to accommodate growing expenses for inhouse production. Now it seems as though the company has a bone to pick with a group that could further harm their subscription base.
Netflix has officially sent a cease-and-desist order to the group known as Super Happy Fun America. At the moment the group is planning an event called “The Parade”. The event links to several far-right and white nationalist organizations. It’s taking a stand against the group, making sure that it’s viewers know that they support LGBTQ+ to it’s greatest extent.
Wow! Cool initiative, fellas!! Just a thought, instead of ‘Straight Pride’ parade, how about this: The ‘desperately trying to bury our own gay thoughts by being homophobic because no one taught us how to access our emotions as children’ parade? Whatta ya think? Too on the nose?? https://t.co/gaBWtq2PaL

“You should know that we’re unafraid of bullies. Our legal department is here, it’s queer, and it’s telling you to steer clear.”
The group received correspondence demanding them to remove any Netflix affiliation from the event within 24 hours or face legal action. It wasn’t long before Supper Happy Fun America responded back. Furthermore, the group took offense believing that Netflix hates the straight and are staffed by gay supremacist. Last month the streaming giant celebrated Gay Pride month with a slew of content.
“We believed that they would jump at the opportunity to become involved in our young civil rights movement,” they wrote. “Sadly, we have learned that Netflix is a heterophobic company steeped in hatred and bigotry.”
