South Florida musician CatchTwentyTwo recently released a new single entitled “Super Warmth,” a song that presents incredible works around different elements such as disco music and synthpop with great beats and engaging melodies. The song also stands out for its easy and exciting chorus.
CatchTwentyTwo chatted with us and answered our three specific questions. Check it out below.
HYPEFRESH: Let’s start by introducing ourselves. You know the basics, like your name, age, and where you’re from; you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.
CatchTwentyTwo: My artist name is “CaughtTwentyTwo.” I am 23 years old and from South Florida.
HYPEFRESH: Can you tell us about your new single, “Super Warmth”?
CatchTwentyTwo: My new single, “Super Warmth,” is the first single from my new EP, “Yours, Forever, and Ever.” It marks the literal start of the EP and the next chapter for me as a musician.
What I like most about being a musician is creating something. After signing my first deal with Ultra Music/Sony, I became independent again and will release much more music this year. Giovanni Moroder’s daft punk is influenced by disco-synth.
HYPEFRESH: What do you like most about being a music artist?
CatchTwentyTwo: In general, I like it. As you can imagine, getting into the public eye is more challenging when you’re not making something as popular as rap.
It’s something that I listen to all day (disco, funk, future funk), so I want to make it myself, so that’s all that matters to me. If or when people enjoy it, that’s only a plus for me, in all honesty.
