Damn, even Cardi B was a victim of sexual harassment.
Cardi B, now married to Offset, came to talk to Angie Martinez and revealed that she once lived through a #MeToo moment of her own, reports E Online.
One day, while doing a photoshoot for WE tv’s Untold Stories of Hip Hop, the rapper says the photographer completely violated. She say’s the incident made her so upset, that she wound up leaving the set early.
“I’ll never forget this shoot for a magazine. The photographer was trying to get close to me and suddenly exposed himself.”
But before she left, Cardi made sure that she immediately went to tell on the photog, but unfortunately, the results were less than satisfactory. Basically, no one cared that the photographer was a creep– they pretty much shrugged the incident away.
“And you know what’s so crazy? I told the magazine owner and he just looked at me like, ‘So? And?'”
She adds…
I was so f–king mad.”
Today though, Cardi doesn’t have to worry about the disrespect happening again. She’s got Offset and the rest of her alleged Blood family watching her back.
