Bernie Sanders Hospitalized After Experiencing Chest Pains

Prayers out to Bernie Sanders!

Everyone send your prayers to Bernie Sanders who is currently in the hospital after undergoing a procedure for artery blockage.

In a statement posted the Bernie Sanders’s advisor Jeff Weaver said Sanders “experienced some chest discomfort” during a Tuesday event.

A testing found a “blockage in one artery,” and Bernie Sanders had two stents inserted, he said.

Weaver added,

“Sen. Sanders is conversing and in good spirits. He will be resting up over the next few days,” Weaver said. “We are canceling his events and appearances until further notice, and we will continue to provide appropriate updates.”

Sanders’ last public appearance was at the Las Vegas shooting memorial on Tuesday night. Earlier this week, he was in New Hampshire and he held a total of 7 back-to-back events over the course of two days.

Also, Bernie Sanders entered his second round as a potential president.

This is after falling short to Hillary Clinton back in the 2016 Democratic primary, as a known quantity. Despite everything, he is confident that he can win this time around.
