Clap your hands, Everybody! Despite the odds, the Sixers have clinched the number one seed, first in the NBA Eastern Conference. By that token, have home-court advantage. With only one game remaining, with Orlando Magic tonight at 7pm, their chances seem good. While, Magic has a win advantage over the sixers, the sixers seem to be heating up and usually have an upward trejectory when they get going. #HeretheyCome
Current Season Player’s Stats
Play by play
The game started off rocky. After, the Sixers jumped out to an 8-0 lead, the Magic answered back. After one quarter, the Magic playing the role of the underdogs, caught up only trailing by 3 points. Then, Doc Rivers utilized his bench and that seem to give them the momentum they needed, allowing the Sixers to push ahead with the lead.
Accordingly, Michael Scott scored 8 points in 18 minutes, but went 2-5 from deep and notched 3 blocks, offering some rim protection as well. Scott’s energy seemed to ignite a fire from the reserves. Essentially, giving the starters an edge upon their return finishing with a 39-19 second quarter performance.
Joel Embiid has been a competitive force this season. Embiid scored 13 points and eleven rebounds.

Embiid Speaks Regarding The Win!
“I’m happy about what we accomplished, but we have a long way to go,” Embiid said. “Now’s the time to lock in and go get the whole thing.”
Philadelphia fans reigned down “M-V-P!” “M-V-P!” chants on Embiid in the first half. Sixers’ hashtag, #Heretheycome was trending. Everything was looking up for the team as they pushed forward to take the win. Philly needs this as all of our teams have been struggling. Fans need a team to root for and now the sixers seem to be that team.
“Home-court advantage helps a lot,” Embiid said. “We’ve been dominant at home; we barely lose here. It means a lot to have the No. 1 seed.”
Let’s Go Sixers!!
#Heretheycome, your 76ers. Cheer them on as they take on Orlando’ Magic as the number one seed in the Eastern Conference, tonight. Can they go the distance? Unlikely, (Philly teams records are a bit of a downer) but we all are pulling for them.
