300 Entertainment is excited to team up with Young Thug and Young Stoner Life Records on the 5th anniversary of his iconic mixtape Barter 6. They are producing a contest to inspire creatives during these trying times. The contest is part of a larger initiative started by 300 called ‘300 Creates’. It is a weekly contest series with the opportunity to win prizes, money, and recognition from some of the platform’s most prominent artists.
The winner of Young Thug’s contest will be chosen by Young Thug himself. They will have their artwork acclaimed and displayed on his socials, and 300’s socials along with a $5,000 reward. This specific contest calls on designers to re-create the cover art in celebration of the 5th anniversary of Young Thug’s first mixtape, Barter 6. It was an early start to establishing the Atlanta-native as one of the greatest artists of his generation. The mixtape includes features from Birdman, T.I., Duke, Boosie Badazz, Young Dolph, Yak Gotti, and Jacquees. The deadline for all submissions is April 30, 2020. Use these hashtags when entering via social media: #Barter6ArtChallenge; #Barter6; #300Creates; #MusicHeals; #Contest. Submissions can also be sent in via email to [email protected]
Message from Kevin Liles, CEO and Co-Founder of 300 Entertainment on 300 Creates:
“this initiative is intended to inspire a world of innovators to illustrate, design and put context around life, art, music, film, and all sports as we know it today. Also, to celebrate the opportunity of tomorrow. We will do this by engaging all of you around the globe who chose to create and engage with us. What better partner and label to kick it off with than Young Thug and Young Stoner Life Records. I look forward to everyone joining, engaging and most importantly creating with us.”
