Forget Bad B*itches, Wiz Khalifa is the Owner of a New Bad Ass Home

Wiz Khalifa is flexing in his new home.

The rapper reportedly just dropped around $3.4 million dollars on a new place to flaunt his wealth. TMZ reports that Khalifa used the help of David Ferrugio and Ben Bacal, from Rodeo Realty, to help bag the joint.

Khalifa’s new place is a smart mansion and resides in Encino, California. Supposedly it’s the place for other rich folks to go lay their eggs, as it’s pretty close to Tarzana and Calabasas.

Mr. “Black and Yellow,” closed on the deal on Wednesday. And considering what his new purchase comes with, he got the house for dirt cheap. The smart mansion is a two-story home and is able to sleep guests comfortably in four suite-like bedrooms, plus a master suite. There’s also a built-in alarm system with 4 exterior cameras, so he can catch creeps lurking around his property. Not to mention, the floating stairs, 100-bottle wine bar, glass pocket doors, and two waterfalls (each conveniently located inside and outside the residence).

Seems like it was worth every penny.

At the moment there is plenty speculation of him dropping new music with Kid Cudi. We’re looking forward to the possible collaboration.

However, rumors have swirled that Schoolboy Q wants to throw hands with Wiz Khalifa. Only time will tell if we ever get to see that happen.

What are your thoughts? What would you spend $3.4 million dollars on if you had it? Do you think this was a wise investment the rapper? Share your thoughts below.
