Wendy Williams probably thought she’d never see the day when her own staff would turn against her.
But apparently that day is here, and there are no smoothing things over.
Recently, Williams has been taking a long extended break from her daily job as the host of “The Wendy Williams Show.” However, the show must still go on, so she’s enlisted the help of another seasoned television personality. Since her absence, Nick Cannon has been filling in her shoes until she’s able to make a full return back to what she does best— trash talk all of Hollywood.
And though things on Cannon’s side are doing great, the people behind the scenes aren’t so thrilled. HotNewHipHop reports that Williams’ staff is growing more and more ticked off by the hour.
One source states that Williams’ is a living somewhat of a double-standard.
“I mean, please. She has made a fortune from tearing people down. However, when it comes to her own life, it’s all a secret,” they said. “Imagine if this another celebrity living their life-like she does. She’d be sipping the tea and talking about it on Hot Topics every damn day. She’s such a hypocrite.”
Cannon has been helping to host the show for more than several days now. There’s still no word on when WW will make her comeback. It was reported that she will appear on the Maury Show to expose her husband. But, no one knows anything at this point.
