Trump Attacks Rihanna and Says She Has No Talent to Perform at the Super Bowl

The Super Bowl is a popular event that attracts a huge audience. It’s a great chance for celebrities to showcase their talent and make money.

Rihanna will be performing the Super Bowl halftime show in 2023, which is a big deal for her. But she’s gotten a lot of backlash recently for her politics.

Trump Says “Rihanna has NO TALENT”

In case you are not aware, Rihanna is one of the biggest female singers in the world and she is set to star in her first live performance since 2017 during the halftime show for this year’s Super Bowl. Her appearance at the game has stirred up a lot of buzz, especially for her fans who have been waiting for this moment ever since she confirmed that she was taking part in the game back in September 2022.

The singer will be performing during the halftime show of this Sunday’s game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs, and the event is expected to draw a big crowd of people. However, some Republicans are unhappy about her appearance in the show because of her anti-Trump stance on social media.

According to Newsweek, one of Trump’s most outspoken supporters is urging the NFL to remove Rihanna from the halftime show because of her past comments about Trump on Twitter. The politician, whose name is Ronny Jackson, is a Congressman from Texas who used to be the White House physician.

He sent out a tweet that urged the NFL to remove Rihanna from the Super Bowl’s halftime show because of her past tweets about President Donald Trump. He referred to the tweet that Rihanna posted on August 14, 2020 in which she posed with a car spray-painted with “F*** Trump” on it.

In response to this, Trump attacks Rihanna on his Truth Social platform as having “NO TALENT” and as being bad at everything! He also said that without her stylist, she would be “nothing.”

It’s not clear whether or not the former president was trying to make a joke out of the fact that she is a famous singer. She is, after all, one of the top female singers in the world and has earned more than $1.7 billion from her music.

She’s been a big supporter of former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who has also been called out by Trump for his social justice activism. In 2016, as a powerful statement against racial injustice and police brutality, he knelt during the National Anthem.

Trump slams Rihanna for spray painting “F*** Trump”

Despite her recent run for the presidency, Rihanna is still a household name. She has a long list of accolades to her credit, not the least of which is her illustrious and untiring philanthropy. She is also the brains behind one of the world’s most successful fashion lines, Fenty. In fact, she has been dubbed the face of the brand as well as a defacto diva by her legions of fans, including the one and only Chris Brown.

Trump slams Rihanna for badmouthing America

Trump hasn’t been shy about attacking other people, including celebrities. He often uses his Twitter account to slam the news and celebrity tabloids, especially when it comes to celebrities who have an unfavorable opinion about him. He’s also notorious for taking jabs at people who disagree with him, even if it’s just because of their gender or race.

On Thursday, he took on another music icon, this time Rihanna, as one of his latest targets. In a post on his Truth Social platform, he claimed that the nine-time Grammy winner has “NO TALENT” and is “bad” at everything.

The post was in response to a post from a Republican Congressman and former White House physician named Ronny Jackson, who called out the singer for posing in front of a graffiti-painted car in 2020 that read, “F*** Trump.”

Rihanna is known for her activism and has criticized President Donald Trump in the past. She has called his rallies “tragic” and asked that her music not be played at his events.

In her latest Twitter post, Rihanna slammed Trump for referring to the two mass shootings that happened in the United States as “terrorism.” She wrote, “Um, Donald, you spelt that wrong. Your country had 2 terrorist attacks back to back hours apart leaving almost 30 innocent people dead!”

A representative for the NFL did not immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment. But, according to the Huffington Post, the organization has already decided to make Rihanna their Super Bowl halftime performer this year.

Despite her anti-Trump sentiments, the Barbados-born singer has been a fan favorite for many years and is an industry staple. She has collaborated with designers like Jahleel Weaver and launched her own clothing brands, Fenty and Savage x Fenty.

As part of her career, Rihanna has taken on several political issues, including the migrant caravan and police brutality. She has shown support and stood in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick, an NFL player who took a knee during the national anthem as a peaceful protest against police violence and racial inequality. She previously turned down the NFL’s offer to perform at the Super Bowl.

Trump slams Rihanna for being a “national hero”

Despite her fame and fortune, Rihanna has been vocal about the injustices in America. Her political activism includes supporting racial justice, immigrant rights and the rights of women and LGBTQ+ people.

In addition, she has actively utilized her platform to raise her voice against police brutality and the unjust treatment of Black individuals. Her Twitter and Instagram account have been littered with posts about the shooting of unarmed Black men in Louisiana, Minnesota and Texas by police officers. She has slammed Trump for his response to the shootings. She has even criticized him for misusing the word “terrorism” when referring to mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio.

In addition to her music career, Rihanna has built a lucrative business empire with her makeup brand Fenty Beauty and lingerie line Savage X Fenty. She has a net worth of $1.4 billion as of January 2023 and is one of the highest-paid female artists in the world.

Rihanna has always been a strong advocate for minority rights and has used her social media platform to highlight her roots as a Barbadian. She has been an active part of the Caribbean community, donating to charity and spending time in her home country.

Her social activism has earned her a number of awards and accolades. In 2008, she was named as a cultural ambassador for Barbados, while her charitable organization the Clara Lionel Foundation has helped to fund education and climate resilience projects in the country.

In October 2018, she was a part of the first ever presidential inauguration ceremony for the island nation of Barbados. She was presented with a medal emblazoned with the outline of the country and received a standing ovation by the crowd.

The singer was subsequently awarded Barbados’s national hero honor, which comes with the title of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. It is the first such award for the island nation in more than two decades, according to the local government.

During her time as ambassador, she has been involved in many events and campaigns to help improve the lives of the Barbadian community. She has volunteered for numerous hurricane relief projects, donated to cancer centres and other charities and spent Christmas with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky on the island. Her activism has earned her a number of awards including the Barbados Prime Minister’s Prize for Excellence in Public Service and the Caribbean Women in Leadership Award.
