Tekashi Snitch9ine, as they’re referring to him on the streets, has done his job successfully. Tekashi’s snitching worked!
After three grueling days of testimony against Tekashi former gang affiliates, his incriminating recounts of gang life have landed two of the Nine Trey Gangsta Blood members with guilty verdicts.
Both Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack are guilty of racketeering conspiracy charges by jurors.
According to Page Six, Anthony Ellison is facing life behind bars. He also has a conviction for kidnapping the rainbow haired rapper in July 2018. His sentencing will begin on February 26.
As for Aljermiah Mack, he’s facing only 20 years in prison. His sentencing will start on February 19.
Tekashi took to the stand on and ratted on his old friends in order to strike a deal with the feds. In exchange for incriminating evidence against his friends, the rapper’s 47 years behind bars would be drastically reduced down to “time-served.”
It only took one day for the rapper to decide he’d become a government cooperator.
While on a stand, records detail Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, admitting to being involved in shooting, kidnappings, and other gang-related activities.
His sentencing starts in January, but it’s likely he’ll receive no deal for cooperating with the feds. However, it’s unclear as to if he’ll opt for witness protection.
