Tekashi’s life could be dangerous from here on out.

Tekashi’s life could be in danger after testifying against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Once he serves his time, there is hope that he can live a decent life by entering a witness protection program. Talks of this possibility have been ongoing since January. In the program, he could change his appearance and live anonymously, away from the public eye. Some argue that he may not be suited for this path. According to officials says the New York rapper will most likely enter a witness protection program. That is once he is released from jail, most likely in January.

Talks of Tekashi going into witness protection program have been in the talks since January.

Jay Kramer, a former F.B.I. official who worked on organized crime cases further explained to the paper what life would be like if he went down that route.

“Despite how connected we are, and the appetite for social media content in this country…”

“…there are places where, if this kid gets a haircut and wears normal clothes…”

“…no one would know or care who he is,” Jay Kramer said. It was also noted in the article that the “United States Marshals Service, which runs the witness protection program, would pay for the removal of Mr. Hernandez’s signature face tattoos.”

While it seems that going into the program is a good bet, some argue that he is not the type.
