With the success of Netflix and Amazon: Prime Video, a lot of other companies want to profit from the streaming game. Just recently, Disney and Apple launched their streaming services: “Disney+” and “Apple TV+“. To be strong competition in the streaming service battle. As we can tell, Netflix and Prime are still the streaming champs, but by the look of things, Disney+ is on their tail.
As of now, Disney+ has a whopping 10 million subscribers. And that was only on its first day. The streaming service alone has generated more subscribers on its lunch day, than a lot of other services have in their entirety. That’s very impressive numbers. There is no doubt that the streaming service will grow because of their menu. As of now, Disney owns rights and video content from legendary titles like Star-Wars and Marvel; plus, their own long list of classic shows, movies, and characters to throw in the mix. As of now, Disney+ has one of 2019’s favorite show, Star-Wars: The Mandalorian. With baby Yoda memes flooding social media every day. Recently, it was reported that Disney+ stoled 1 million subscribers from Netflix and bringing in 1 million subscribers per-day.

The future is coming and a-lot people are canceling their cable and satellite subscriptions for streaming services. Over 1 million people and counting are or have canceled their cable and satellite subscription, for streaming. More streaming services will come out and more people will join. But right now we have a good amount of services to enjoy.
