Soulja Boy Hands in His Player Card and Proposes to Nia Riley

Soulja Boy got rich and famous off of ringtones in the early 2000s, and now it looks as if he’s finally got something worthwhile to spend his money on.

On the season 14 finale of Marriage Boot Camp, Soulja Boy, and his girl, Nia Riley, took the big step to spend the rest of their lives together. As it turns out, there’s a clip that’s been leaked, and it shows Soulja getting down on one knee, as he proposes to his on-and-off again girlfriend. And despite the couple’s rocky love–hence why they’re on a TV show that aims to restore failing relationships–Riley said yes.

However, the clip doesn’t do much to convince viewers that the marriage will be a match made in heaven. Riley’s response is just as dull as Soulja’s way of popping the question. And if you analyze it enough, it seems as if the whole thing is just for the cameras.

Which it probably was…or, the two’s relationship was just past the point of fixing. Because, unfortunately, both parties called the engagement off shortly after filming was over.

Which explains why Soulja’s been getting cozy with other females, like Blac Chyna.
