Quron Payne Releases Stunning New Visual, “Turned Tables”

Howard Law Student Quron Payne is back with an emotional music video titled “Turned Tables.” In mid-July, Quron dropped a motivational track called “Be Something.” Reflecting on his experience, Quron shared, “Coming back to hip-hop was amazing.” I was hesitant to release music again, unsure of how the community would react now that I’m more educated. However, I’m pleased that many people enjoyed the song and video.'”

We then inquired, “Why choose a heartfelt follow-up instead of an upbeat track like before?” Quron replied, “I want people to see me as human. I face challenges and experience moments that make it difficult to stay positive, just like anyone else. I wanted to share a period in my life when I wasn’t feeling my best. I believe there is power in being open and vulnerable.”
