It’s been a little over a week since the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son, but there’s still some people who have yet to meet the boy.
Two of those people were Prince William and Kate Middleton. However, on Tuesday, the couple was formally introduced to the newest addition to the royal family. Page Six reports that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed Prince William and Kate to Frogmore Cottage, where they were finally able to meet Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. Frogmore Cottage is the home of Prince Harry and Meghan.
Prior to meeting Prince William and Kate, Archie met his great-grandparents Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip for the first time. Next up, will be Prince Charles, who was away on business when Archie was born.
The turn of events is different than how the parents have been spending their time after the birth of Archie. Since May 6, a representative for the palace says that both parents have been laying low, and spending quality time as a family.
“Harry and Meghan spent the weekend enjoying their first weekend as parents, celebrating Mother’s Day, and had visits from a few friends,”
Prince Harry and Meghan are first-time parents.
