Police Are Just As Confused As Chris Brown: Victim’s Story Sketchy!

Chris Brown is worry-free, following his near case, concerning the alleged rape of a female model.

The singer’s been seen walking around Paris unscathed.

Brown was released shortly after he was taken into custody this week. As it turns out, there was not enough substantial evidence to keep charge the singer with sexual assault. Sources close to the singer say that the victim’s story was confusing, and lacked credibility.

One source had this to say:

“The weakest part of the case is the alleged victim’s statement to police.”

Apparently, the police felt that the victim’s story didn’t fit into a perfect puzzle. According to the victim, she was first raped by CB in his hotel room’s dressing room for 25-30 minutes, before being raped twice more by members in his entourage. The victim told authorities that it was after the third time when she finally left the hotel and sought help.

However, Parisian law officials don’t think that’s entirely true. To them, it’s a bit strange that the woman never tried to leave or alert anyone of the other 20 people kicking it in Brown’s room after the first offense.

Because of the woman’s shaky account of what happened, police let Chris Brown leave. But not before throwing some sort of an apology his way.

Brown is currently still in Paris, because “An innocent man shouldn’t be worried about staying at a place where he didn’t commit a crime,” Brown says.
