Since its launch, Pokemon Go has built a massive gaming community. The mobile app has gone from a digital platform to having live events centered around the app. And momentum as this game has built, it’s starting to slow down, just like the rest of the world right now.

Since the Corona Virus entered the U.S, it has only gotten worse. We are now at the point where the government wants everyone to stay indoors to help prevent further spread of the virus has encouraged people not to go outside. Now Pokemon can pop up almost anywhere the actual issues are obtaining poke balls. To get a poke ball in Pokemon go. You have to travel to a poke stop, spin it, and hope to collect poke balls. In cities and highly population condensed areas, pokestops are more frequent. But if you are in a more rural area, you have probably run out of poke balls by now. Soon it will get to the point where most people will be unable to play the game due to them not being able to go out and gather any poke balls. All we can hope for is that this pandemic ends before it gets to that point.
