WTF…Philadelphia Eagles Tell Nick Foles To Take A Hike!! No Franchise Tag

NFL free agency is sure to have a high caliber quarterback up for grabs.

The Philadelphia Eagles have decided to let their MVP quarterback test free agency. According to numerous reports, the 2018 NFL champs will not place the franchise tag on Foles. The 30-year-old quarterback will now have the option to sign with the team of his liking. Furthermore, this is a surprise as Nick Foles led the team through the playoffs in the last two seasons. Consequently, the team’s starting quarterback Carson Wentz sat out with an injury. Furthermore, Foles became the second quarterback to defeat the legendary Tom Brady in 2018.

    Why No Franchise Tag?

Above all, Foles is highly praised for his success with the birds. Similarly to last year, Wentz was nursing an injury forcing Foles to step in. As a result, the Eagles went 9-7, and made it to the Wild Card after slightly beating Chicago. The following week the birds would lose to the New Orlean Saints in what seemed to be a one-sided game. As a result, Philly would be kicked out the playoffs. Most noteworthy, the offseason will have plenty of quarterbacks in the talent pool. In conclusion, people believe that Nick will end up in Florida.

Is Philadelphia making the wise choice in not giving Foles the franchise tag? Where will he end up? Leave your comments below, and stay tuned to
