Offset Hops on the Radio to Dead the Beef with Chris Brown

Offset hit the radio earlier this week to get get some things off his chest.

The Father of 4 artist had a heart-to-heart chat with Ebro, Laura Stylez, and Peter Rosenberg of Hot97, where he talked a little in-depth about the fiasco that transpired between him and Chris Brown. Earlier in the month, Offset and Brown had an online altercation over Brown’s 21 Savage meme. Offset called Brown a clown, and Brown invited Offset to fight. Fortunately, the two entertainers never had a moment to throw down, but the situation leaves Offset feeling embarrassed.

During the interview, he exclaims how it should have never escalated that far, reports HNHH.

“I shouldn’t have even did that… I don’t let people reel me up because I’m really — whatever message you tryna put, I’ve done it for real.”

“See, the thing about the internet, people wanna go ‘hahaha’, but when something goes left, the internet gon’ tell on you and the person gon’ tell on you. I ain’t tryna get in no trouble.”

At one point during the beef, LAPD saved Offset from getting fucked up by Chris Brown. The singer invited Offset to his house square up.

The Migos member seems like he’ll think twice before he engages in another social media beef. As for Chris Brown, he’s been awfully quiet lately…seems like he could be doing some self-reflecting too.

Thoughts? Do you think Offset is being the bigger person? Do you think he should have ever reacted the way he did? Share your thoughts with us in the comment section.
