Interestingly, Minaj will be sampling Lumidee’s 2003 smash, “Never Leave You Uh Ooh,” for her newest rap track. According to a preview post on Instagram, the rapper will be taking her fans back to the early 2000s for her latest effort, which is expected to be accompanied by an official music video.
So, it’s safe to say that the rapper’s fans are ecstatic about her latest offering and the fact that she’ll be bringing some of the most iconic dancehall beats to the table. As it turns out, Minaj has tapped a legendary DJ, Dr. Luke, to produce the record.
Despite a history of collaborations with convicted sex criminals, Tekashi 6ix9ine, and a campaign to silence the victim of her husband’s sexual assault, the rapper remains steadfast in her refusal to take any steps to distance herself from these repugnant men.
