    Morray Releases Heartfelt Song “Dreamland”

The Fayetteville, North Carolina crooner is back again with another soulful banger. In “Dreamland”, Morray reflects on his past memories of his non festive Christmases.

Morray releases his fourth song and video in a row, continuing his amazing early rise in the hip hop field. This new release Dreamland takes us deeper into Morray’s upbringing in Fayetteville, NC. He talks about the abuse his father put on his mother and the lack of presents he received for Christmas and birthdays.

Christian Breslauer (Roddy Ricch’s “The Box,” Lil Baby’s “Errybody” videos) directed the dreary video for “Dreamland”. It shows Murray as a young boy wishing he had the same gifts that other children had, to a teenager getting in trouble with the law. There is a very powerful scene that shows Murray knocking his abusive father out in order to protect his defenseless mother.

It was hard growing up like I did
Seeing everybody had this and I ain’t never have sh*t
Like f*ck Christmas and a birthday, I ain’t never have gifts

    About Morray

Morray exploded on to the scene after his first single “Quicksand”, released on October 30, received high praise from fellow Fayetteville, North Carolina artist J. Cole. The video has surpassed 3 million views on YouTube. He followed that track up with two other bangers in “Lowkey” and “Switched Up”. Big name artists like Rick Ross and DJ Marshmello followed up with their co-sign. He even made it on to Jay-Z’s favorite songs playlist of 2020. Morray has a bright future in the hip-hop game and his journey is just beginning.
