Migos Break Up: Still Family But Not A Group Anymore?

    Migos Migos Break UP

Are the Migos really just going to disband on us like that? The trio seems to have no intentions of moving forward together. According to TMZ, Quavo and Takeoff are linking up with Gucci Mane. Last Friday, Quavo and Takeoff team up with Gucci in their single, “Us vs Them”. The song is a rollout from their duo album, Unc and Phew. Offset is doing his own thing, working on his solo album where he is collaborating with Metro Boomin and artists like Southside. Good news is that they are still riding as a family, as Takeoff and Offset are seen celebrating Rich The Kid’s birthday in NYC.

    The Migos Reign

Migos originally hopped on the scene in 2008 as a band and as a family. If you’re new to this, they’re all related! Takeoff’s mother is Quavo’s older sister, who is responsible for raising all of them, according to Highsnobiety. Fans worry for Migos as the group helped shape the millennial era of mumble rap. But are some fans swaying away now? This summer’s Rolling Loud concert would include a bunch of fans not being so into the Migos’ performance. Is this because Offset did not perform? Speculations continue to grow about Migos and their slight decline from the top.

Don’t get us wrong! The Migos have all put out solo albums over the years; however, speculations are that the group is disbanding for good. The Migos break up is official. There are virtually no signs of the group continuing as a trio, as Quavo and Takeoff will perform under the band name at Battle of the Bands in Houston.

HypeFresh is happy to know that beef is not the cause for the disruption of the group. Culture III, Migos’ fourth studio album was released last summer. That included radio hits like, “Straightening”. Hopefully the Migos break up is temporary and the group can soon continue business as usual.
