Manny Pacquiao may have won the fight against Adrien Broner, but he may have lost a few things in a home burglary, shortly after.
Shortly after defeating Broner, thieves broke into Pacquiao’s Los Angeles home.
The incident occurred on Sunday, while Paquiao was still in Las Vegas. TMZ says Police responded to the call, after someone from Paquiao’s team reported the crime. After arriving, police declared that the suspects had made a forced entry into the residence.
Authorities report that his home had been ransacked. However, it is still unclear on what items were stolen, and if there were any items stolen at all. There is also no word on who the suspects may be.
Fortunately no one was hurt. And as for Pacquiao, he hasn’t responded to Sunday’s events. Some might speculate that he’s too busy celebrating his Saturday win.
Pacquiao won Saturday’s fight in a unanimous decision. His record now rests at an outstanding 61-7-2. But what the fans really want to know is, will he fight Floyd Mayweather again?
Thoughts? Do you have an idea of who may have robbed Pacquiao’s crib? Could Adrien Broner have set the whole thing up? Or someone from the gay community for his “worse than animals” statement? Leave your comments below, using our comment section.
