It’s a tittylicious day for one man, as he gets the displeasure of fondling his own breast.
Nichlas Murray grew a nice pair of DD cups after taking a medicine called Risperdal, produced by Johnson & Johnson. Nicholas says he started taking the medication in 2003 after he was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder.
However, he alleges the side effects of Risperdal weren’t clearly stated on the packaging. And so, his manly physique suffered a devastating blow when the side effects caused him to grow breast.
On Tuesday, a jury heard his case, and sided with him against J & J. The company is now required to pay Nicholas $8 billion in punitive damages.
“The conduct that the jury saw in the courtroom, was clear and convincing that J&J disregarded the safety of the most vulnerable of children. This is an important moment, not only for this litigation, but for J&J, which is a company that has lost its way.”
It’s a big win for Nicholas, who was previously awarded an additional $680,000 in a Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia against the company.
