    Lucky, Lucky Daye

Grammy nominated R&B sensation Lucky Daye drops us off a bittersweet treat.

Shoulda, is Daye’s rendition of the Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds produced “Love Shoulda Brought You Home.” The track features the legendary producer-composer. Now, almost 30 years later Lucky Daye gives Toni Braxton a response record to her Billboard charting hit.

While the inspiration track is a emotional plea for a lover to come home, Shoulda flips the script. He sings, “Don’t be mad if ya man ain’t isn’t home tonight” leaving his spouse to question their actions.
