LL Cool J and Ice Cube could soon be business partners. The two rappers, turned actors, have their eyes on 22 regional sports channels. In a report done by TMZ, it reveals that Disney has to sell the sports channels after there $71 billion acquisition of 21st Century Fox. The Justice Department believes Disney would have to much power over the sports market, since they already own majority of the stake in ESPN. So they have to relinquish the stations to someone else.

With luck, that’ll be Cube and LL, who have joined a group that reportedly has enough money to win the bid over other bidders. The deal would come complete with Fox Sports San Diego to Fox Sports Arizona, Fox Sports Detroit, Fox Sports Southwest and the YES Network. The YES Network has the power to broadcast Yankees games, and is worth an estimated between $5 and $6 billion.

Apollo Global Management, Blackstone Group, and Sinclair Broadcast Group are among those interested in buying the sports channels. Ice Cube and LL have a secret weapon that could potentially outbid the rest though. On their team is billionaire Carolyn Rafaelian, founder of Alex and Ani jewelry. All 22 stations could cost anywhere from $15 to $25 billion.

Bids are due in Nov.8.
