Fellow Haitian rappers Lil Haiti and Flipp Dinero are a part of the new wave of rappers shaking things up in the music games. The two emcees teamed up to released the official music video for their “Where The Cap At” single. Released under Que Global Entertainment / BMG this release is the perfect visual to go along with an already fire record.
“Where The Cap At” appears on Lil Haiti’s highly anticipated The Big Zoe EP scheduled to be released on April 23rd of this year. In the video directed by Nimi Hendrix of Secret Society, Haiti and Dinero show a glimpse of what it is like to be a rich, young, and in charge. As they flaunt off their lavish lifestyle with stunning models, luxury cars, and stacks of cash, it is clear that they were born superstars. These two guys have an electric, genuine energy that can be felt throughout the entire video.
Some notable lyrics that catch your attention immediately include, “Where the cap at? If you talking money drop your Cash App.” These bars come from none other than Lil Haiti, who riveting punchlines are delivered effortlessly.
Balancing his steady, & calm flow, he sing melodically on the chorus setting Flipp Dinero up for the kill. Dinero delivers raspy, and rapid bars, that help take this song to new heights. As we have entered the spring season, this release could not come at a better time.
Lil Haiti’s “Panicking” video has received nearly 400,000 plays on YouTube and the audio has been viewed more than 10 million times across streaming services. He has been featured in/on BET, REVOLT, The Fader, Hip Hop Weekly, HipHopDX,BK Reader, 247HH, as well as playlists on Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, and Shazam.
His ability to generate such a strong response independently led to his 2020 deal with Quayshaun Carter’s Que Global Entertainment in partnership with BMG. It has been up for Lil Haiti every since.
