The Atlanta Superstar releases “Errbody” & “On Me” with two accompanying videos
Lil Baby keeps his promise to his loyal fans and released two brand new songs to celebrate his 26th birthday. “Errbody” is the usual braggadocious rap that we have all come accustom to from Lil Baby. He makes sure that he lets everyone that he’s “flyer than errbody”, asserting his dominance over the hip hop industry and his peers. “On Me” is a track that fans have been waiting for. He previewed the track on his Instagram account some time ago. The videos of each song are on two total ends of the spectrum as far as budget goes. Edgar Estevez, Daps, & Christian Breslauer directed the mini blockbuster action music video for “Errbody”. Lil Baby & Keemotion and directed the mini getaway vacation video “On Me”. The video literally starts with “Hey, So This Is A Lil Baby Music Video, Actually It’s Just Moments From A Random Trip.” It gives insight that he actually lives the luxurious life he raps about.
Lil Baby – “Errbody”
Lil Baby- On Me
These two singles cap off one of the most successful years a hip-hop artist has ever had. Lil Baby has now reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Songwriters list. His album, “My Turn”, went double platinum in September, making him the first and only artist of 2020 to reach that mark at the time. It is the highest selling and highest streaming album in the US this year reaching 4 Billion streams to date. “My Turn” spent 5 weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. He even got into his political bag and released “The Bigger Picture”, a protest anthem to speak on the unjust police system in America. The song reached number 1 on Urban Radio charts.
The year 2020 obviously belonged to Lil Baby. With countless number 1 records, multiple awards and critical acclaim, he is the most dominant artist in music at 26 years old and it does not look like he is slowing down any time soon.
