Who is Larry Hoover?
Larry Hoover, born on November 30, 1950, leaves him to be a savvy Sagittarius. The Sagittarius is an ambitious being who is charismatic. This makes it easy for someone like Hoover, a Sagittarius, to win trust and leadership.
Hoover, born in Jackson, Mississippi, moves to Chicago with his parents at the tender age of 4 years old, according to Biography.com. By the time he turned 13, he was committing petty theft crimes with street gang, Supreme Gangsters. As time progressed, he drifted into committing more serious crimes and assaults.
Because of his tenacious attitude, the leader gained ultimate leadership within the Supreme Gangsters. He joined forces with rival kingpin, David Barksdale. The two formed the original Black Gangster Disciple Nation. However, David suffered gunshot wounds, advancing Hoover as the sole leader of the gang.
Not long after gaining leadership, Hoover was indicted for the killing of drug dealer, William Young on February 26, 1973. Courts indicted him along with fellow gang member, Andrew Howard. For this reason, courts sentenced him to 150-200 years in prison.
Although courts seem to apprehend the leader, he is still allocating criminal activity from prison.

Kanye is known to join forces to advocate for the undeserving and is hooking up with Hoover for a peace-a-charity concert to help release Larry Hoover Sr. The son of the powerful leader tells TMZ that Drake has the power to help free his father, only if he puts his pride to the side.
