Legal counsel for Kodak Black has won the appeal that will shorten the emcee’s current jail sentence.
As of now, it has been confirmed Kodak will be released around August 18th after the Judge honor the 30 days previously served in Broward County Jail.
The rapper was arrested back in January of this year, on two counts of probation violation and various felonies ater dropped. Even with the great news of his release, Kodak is still awaits a trial on alleged sexual battery charges stemming in South Carolina.
