Kodak Black is the second rapper in the last month to have beef with Walmart.
Walmart is not getting a lot of love from hip-hop artists like Kodak Black to say they will be suing the retail giant. Just last week Lil Baby and his team were calling the company out for the same behavior of selling fake merchandise.
According to XXL Kodak Black’s attorney, Brad Cohen had this to say about the issue.
“The willful blindness of Walmart in regards to allowing 3rd party vendors selling on their platform will come to an end. We cannot allow a company that knows fake items are being sold on their site to profit from those sales or pretend they don’t know about it. We will hold them legally responsible if the items are not removed in 48 hours.”
Kodaks protege Jackboy had a similar opinion but said it in his own way.

Walmart has taken the merchandise down but as stated earlier this isn’t the first time the company has dealt with this problem.

While they may not have been selling the chains directly, Walmart is responsible for its platform. It’s one thing when Joe blow tries to pull one over on you. When a billion-dollar company tries to get over on you it just not fair.
