UPDATE: Apparently, Lamar Odom lost one of his best friends to the hands of death, which triggered his overdose incident, according to sources at TMZ. Khloe Kardashian finding out the news, knew Odom was in immediate danger due to his addictive habits and flew directly to him alongside Kobe Bryant and Mitch Kupchak.

Kobe Bryant reportedly left Los Angeles Lakers’ preseason game in the third quarter on Tuesday to be by his former teammate, Lamar Odom’s side, who has hospitalized after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.

In addition to Kobe Bryant, Mitch Kupchak, Lakers general manager who brought Odom to the Lakers in a 2004 trade that sent Shaquille O’Neal to Miami, and his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian visited and stood by Odom’s side in the hospital too.
Odom’s conditions have varied however, TMZ reported late on Tuesday that Odom is in a coma and is fighting for his life.
