Diario Gol

Kim Kardashian is trying to put an end to the death penalty in California.

The Kardashian sister wrote on her Instagram account that for the last year her devotion for improving the criminal justice system has been a passionate battle. In the past, Kardashian has been linked to several cases involving wrongfully accused inmates. She’s even helping Matthew Charles, a newly released prisoner, to pay his rent for the next five years. According to sources, Charles was unable to find an apartment complex that would accept his criminal background.

Today, the reality royal is back to spread more cheer. On her IG account, Kardashian uploaded a long message, stating her stance on the California Death Penalty.

Kim K is notorious for knowing the right people. In this matter, she knows Governor Newsom and is hopeful the two can come together to make a difference.

“Racial bias and unfairness run deep throughout the justice system but especially when it comes to the death penalty. And we should not be okay with the risk that an innocent person could be executed. I hope can turn toward better solutions that focus more on healing victims of trauma and prioritizing fairness and justice.”

We all know that this is not the first time Kim uses her social media platforms speaks out for what she believes in. What do you think about the situation?
