Kevin Hart apologizes one more time for the people in the back.
After his past comments, which expressed homophobic thoughts, were dug up, Hart was backed into a corner. Despite having already apologized for his comments, Hart was made to issue a public apology to those who he hurt. But the storm wasn’t over. People began to protest his opportunity of hosting the 2019 Oscars. And they won.
Hart resigned from hosting, just days after he announced, excitedly, that he would. Now he’s on his umpteenth apology.
Recently, KH appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show, where he addressed the situation. And although DeGeneres said all has been forgiven, it really hasn’t been. He’s still being dragged– and let’s not forget to mention that DeGeneres faced a little backlash too.
On Monday, Hart made another apology on his podcast, “Straight from the Hart.” He said, “Once again, Kevin Hart apologizes for his remarks that hurt members of the LGBTQ community. I apologize.”
However, while on Ellen’s show, Kevin Hart was encouraged to put his name in the hat for the hosting gig again. There’s been no word on if he’s cast his name in again, or if it’s been accepted.
