Katy Perry is all about sticking things up in places where the sun doesn’t shine.
And no we don’t mean those types of things, so get your head out of the gutter! That’s right! Katy Perry uses enemas for her beauty!
What we mean is that Katy is all about enemas, says Page Six. It’s her secret to staying young and beautiful, she tells an Australian radio show.
Perry says that nowadays, she is very much into her health, but not through the use of modern medicine. She and her fiance, Orlando Bloom, both frown at the idea of using modern-day medicines to treat themselves. It’s a holistic way or bust.
“I’m kind of into those type of things, like health and healing places and self-betterment places. Especially as you get older and you have longer hangovers, you realize the cells in my body are dying. I did this thing called Panca Karma, it’s basically Ayurvedic eating and cleansing, you do lots of enemas.”
The pop singer almost swears on the bible that ancient ways are the way to go:
“There are ancient ways to heal yourself besides just taking a pill, which is something I always love to investigate,”
Katy’s partner in crime to all this holistic mumbo jumbo is Orlando Bloom. When it comes to taking care of their bodies, the two are a match made in heaven. Though sometimes, she admits that they do get carried away in the wrong direction.
But it’s all about the get back:
“Orlando is very all about that kind of new age of living, for instance, today we are actually on a little bit of a health kick because we ate so many croissants when we were on vacation.”
Katy Perry using enemas, and whatever she does must be working. The singer is 34-years-old and doesn’t look a day over 32.
