    Human Wax Figure 100!

If you’ve ever been to one of Madame Tussauds wax museums, you probably have a pretty good idea that some of the figures are incredibly realistic. But some of the wax models that you see in the museum are a little more questionable than others. Human wax figure on 100!

    The Traveler

A surprisingly realistic wax figure of a popular singer called Nicki Minaj has some fans wondering if this doppelganger is real. The figure was unveiled in Germany earlier this year and some fans are not so sure that it is Minaj at all, especially after seeing the picture on Twitter.

It’s not the first time that fans have been left questioning whether or not a certain celebrity wax figure is actually the person behind the face. When the Las Vegas wax museum released a Nicki Minaj figure in 2015, it got some heat from some fans.

    An Incredibly Real Wax Figure

There are a lot of reasons that some celebrity wax figures look more than just a bit unrealistic. For starters, they’re often based on an old photo of the celeb. Usually, they don’t have much facial features, so it can be hard to tell them apart from their real counterparts.

The Traveler, a city-sized sphere that hangs low over Earth in Destiny and Destiny 2, has been to many different solar systems before settling in Sol. The Traveler helped a number of civilisations thrive and fought against the Black Fleet during its time on Earth, but it eventually retreated to a dormant state.

After the Taken War, Dominus Ghaul’s Red Legion invaded Earth and seized The Traveler by force. It was trapped in a cage that was intended to siphon off its Light and separate it from the Guardians. However, it sent visions to the Guardians to seek out one of its fragments, where they could regain their powers.

Could Be Nicki Minaj’s Figure a Run For Her Money

When the Guardians took up their duties, they had a nagging feeling that something was off. They couldn’t understand what was happening, but they were determined to stop it. They did so by forming an alliance with The Watch, the guardians of the Last City who’ve been working with The Traveler since the Collapse.

They’re now tasked with protecting the Traveler, which is now re-energized after centuries of dormancy. But they’re not alone in their concerns–the Witch Queen Savathun also aims to protect the Traveler by sealing it away in her throne world, which threatens the Traveler’s connection to the Light.

As far as we know, the Traveler doesn’t communicate with humans directly, but it has shown Guardians visions of birds flying towards its Shards in the EDZ or the Light on Io. These are the closest it has come to directly communicating with its Guardians, but we still don’t know much about it.

It’s a pretty powerful machine and has been a major player in the Destiny universe, but it doesn’t seem to have any particular personality or sense of humor. It has healed, regenerated, repaired itself, and expanded its Ghost army to include the Hive over the past few years in Destiny 2.
