Freeway Undergoes Surgery For Kidney Transplant

For well over a decade, Freeway has been known for his flow and grind.

Several years ago the Philadelphia rapper known as “Freeway” announced that he had kidney failure. Despite his health, the rapper has continued his career with little to no shutdown. However, a recent post shows that the emcee is receiving an operation for his health condition. The rapper took to Instagram to share that he found a kidney transplant donor. Freeway traveled to Baltimore to for the kidney transplant procedure, and look’s to have the surgery sooner than later.

“I’m going under now! Thanks for all the Love & support! Pray for me!!” Freeway said in his caption for the post.

The rapper has stayed business, with his former Roc Family. Last year Free made major news when State Property released new song for their “Now Or Never” tour.  Previously he dropped his latest album entitled “Think Free”, which is the follow up Free Will”. Other news including Freeway is that Beanie Sigel Announced State Property movie in the works for 2019. No further information has been released since the original announcement.

We wish Freeway the best outcome for his surgery and will continue to support the legendary Philly rapper.
