Chicago-based singer and songwriter D’So Nyce recently released a stunning new single titled “Pay It Forward.” This showcases his very well-applied vocals and a strong presence filled with a lot of bravadoes and swing as he puts his impulse in turn of a superb work subsidized by an indisputable video clip to promote the track.

HYPEFRESH: Let’s start by introducing ourselves. You know the basics, like name, age, and where you’re from, as much or little as you’re comfortable sharing.
D’So Nyce: I’m D’So Nyce, a 31 years old hip hop/r&b artist from California City, Chicago.
HYPEFRESH: Can you tell us about your new single, “Pay It Forward”?
D’So Nyce: this is a single off my 2nd EP, “The Sapphire Tape,” which is a collection of smooth vibes with substance & relatable themes.
I was inspired to make that song based on Nipsey Hussle The Marathon type of music. With the hooks being so powerful with the beat selection to match, I wanted to implement it in my style.
HYPEFRESH: What do you like most about being a music artist?
D’So Nyce: I love being a music artist because the possibilities for what type of music you can make are endless. So I balance it right and like how it’s going. It’s about experimenting and doing what you love.
