Drake Caught Partying With 50 Cent After Bailing on Lollapalooza Brazil

Canadian rapper Drake has been caught partying with 50 Cent after his Lollapalooza Brazil No-show, according to CNN Brasil. The ‘God’s Plan’ singer was scheduled to headline the Brazilian festival on Sunday, but he was forced to cancel because he didn’t have the proper team members to pull off the performance.

    How could he?

Earlier this month, Drizzy faced criticism from South American fans for cutting his sets short at the Argentina and Chile editions of Lollapalooza. His two performances clocked in at around 40 to 50 minutes — significantly shorter than the typical headlining festival set. He also came under fire for not livestreaming his sets, a move that upset loyal fans watching online.

It’s been reported that Drake decided to cancel his performance at Lollapalooza Brasil due to a fee lower than what he typically receives in the US, Europe, or Arab countries.

Drake was also discouraged to perform because he thinks Brazilians do not know how to sing his songs correctly. pic.twitter.com/07IgfdY4qg

On the other hand, DJ Skrillex stepped in to replace Drake as the headliner for Lollapalooza Brasil this weekend. He even offered refunds to ticket holders who weren’t able to make it to the final day of the event.

Lollapalooza is one of the biggest music festivals in the world. It’s held in various cities around the world, including Chicago and Berlin, but it’s especially popular in Buenos Aires where it’s been held since 2014.

Is the fame going to his head?

This year’s festival lineup includes the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Pusha T, JID, Lil Yachty, Joey Bada$$ and more. Mark your calendars! The festival is set to happen at Grant Park in Chicago from August 3rd to 6th.

The festival is known for breaking new music, bringing together countless friends and creating unforgettable memories. In addition to headlining concerts, Lollapalooza features music education, interactive experiences and art installations.

There aren’t many places in the world where there’s more fun than a good music festival. That’s why Lollapalooza has grown into a global franchise.

    Where is his shame?

While it’s true that the event has faced controversy in recent years, it remains a must-see. And that’s because it’s packed with incredible artists and unforgettable memories.

The Chicago version of the festival takes place in the city’s gorgeous Grant Park, and has a strong track record for showcasing groundbreaking talent. In the past, it’s hosted acts like Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X.

It’s all part of the reason why Lollapalooza is the best-selling music festival in the world. It’s been around for over 17 years and has seen a plethora of big names come through its doors.

    Such a Prestigious festival

In addition to headlining performances, the festival also hosts a number of smaller events on the sidelines. This year’s lineup has included a rap showcase, an EDM show and a hip-hop vogue session, and is expected to attract over 500,000 people.

Fortunately, there’s still time to catch Drake on his first headlining tour in five years. The Toronto native is heading out on the “It’s All a Blur” tour this summer, co-headlining with 21 Savage and hitting up major cities across North America.

With more than 60 acts performing on five stages, this is the perfect way to start off the summer!

While it’s clear that Drake has some serious issues with his international Lollapalooza performances, there are a few other events that have been affected by the Toronto native as well.
