Dr. Dre couldn’t help but share the news of his daughter getting into the University of Southern California.
However, he was forced to quickly remove the post. As it turns out, Dr. Dre made a significantly large donation to the university in 2013. NBC News reports that the former NWA rapper, and Jimmy Iovine, donated $70 million to help the school create the Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation. Because of that donation, people are accusing Dre of the opposite. Many claim that the $70 million was, in fact, a way of helping his daughter gain admittance into the school– a vast contrast to his post.

Earlier this month, a college bribery scandal took the news by storm. It was discovered that many wealthy parents were bribing their children’s way into prestigious colleges. Among those parents were Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman, who are now facing charges.
The post, which shows Dre and his daughter, Truly Young, posing happily with an acceptance packet, did not stay up for long.
