While partying at a New York City club, on Sunday night, the actor is said to have gotten a little too frisky with a woman. Gooding was apparently ending his Sunday night at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge, located on 7th Avenue in Midtown when he met a 30-year-old woman there. The woman, who remains unidentified, says that before the night was over, Gooding touched her inappropriately. It seems like Cuba Gooding Jr. titties touching hands were out of control.

Gooding is described as being “highly intoxicated” at the time of the incident, which may have led to him allegedly latching onto the woman’s breast. Reports from that night say that Gooding and the woman immediately began to argue after the inappropriate interaction and that security had to call to intervene.
Shortly after though, the woman took things to the next level and called the cops. Unfortunately, for her, Gooding was nowhere in the area by the time cops could make it to the scene.
However, the incident is now a part of NYPD’s Special Victims Division.
